Igglybuff evolves into Jigglypuff after reaching max friendship and then, from there, into Wigglytuff in the presence of a Moon Stone. It’s a Normal and Fairy-type Pokémon known for its cute appearance and playful personality. You can also try breeding a male and female Jigglypuff if you don’t have a Ditto.Igglybuff is the Balloon Pokémon that was introduced in Generation II and its National Pokédex number is 174. Drive around some more with the egg in your inventory until the egg hatches and it should be an Igglybuff (if for some reason it isn’t, repeat and hatch more eggs with Jigglypuff + Ditto). Drive around on your bike until the lady in front of Nursery has her arms crossed, then she gives you the egg. Catch a Jigglypuff, put it in the Pokemon Nursery on Route 5 together with a Ditto.
